How are Posterjack Photo Mugs Made?

Your Photo Mugs are made in Toronto by skilled craftspeople and specialized equipment.

Your custom design and images are printed onto a transfer paper using an Epson dye sublimation printer.
Your transfer paper image is cut out then transferred (sublimated) onto your mug using high heat and pressure.
Your Photo Mugs go through final quality control, then are packaged in protective packaging for their trip to your home.

What can I customize on my Photo Mug?

Your Photo Mugs are fully customizable. You can choose to start with a premade design, or you can choose to start with a blank Photo Mug and create your own design. Our mugs have three printing options; front only, front & back, and banner (wraparound).

How long will it take to receive my Photo Mug?

It will take 3-5 days for us to produce, package, and ship your Photo Mugs. The shipping time from our facility to your door will depend on the shipping service you choose and your proximity to our Toronto facility.
