How are Posterjack Metal Minis Made?

Your Metal Mini is made in-house in Toronto by skilled craftspeople and specialized equipment.

Your image is printed onto Epson photo transfer paper using dye sublimation inks and Epson HD printers.
Your transfer paper image is transferred(sublimated) to a sheet of genuine Chromaluxe HD Metal using a heat press generating 70lbs of pressure @ 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
Your Metal Mini goes through final quality control, then is packaged in protective packaging for its trip to your home.
