"Share & Win" Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Posterjack "Share & Win" Social Media Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Posterjack, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Giveaway:

a) Social Media Entry

To enter via social media:

  1. Follow Posterjack on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
  2. Snap a photo of your Posterjack print in your home.
  3. Share the photo on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
  4. Tag @Posterjack and use the hashtag #PosterjackLove in your post.
  5. Entries must be publicly visible and comply with the terms of service of the respective social media platform.  
b) No Purchase Necessary Entry

To enter without making a purchase, mail a 300-500 word essay on "What Photography Means to Me" to:

Entries must be handwritten, include the entrant's full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, and be postmarked during the Giveaway period.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs on a monthly basis, with each entry period beginning on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM EST and ending on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM EST. Non-winning entries do not carry over to subsequent months, so participants must enter each month to be eligible.

4. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will receive $200 in FREE Posterjack prints (the "Prize"), delivered as a voucher code.

The voucher:

  • Must be used within six (6) months of issuance.
  • Can be applied towards any Posterjack product.
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher code.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
  • Has no cash value and is non-transferable. 
5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all the eligible entries each month. The draw will take place within five (5) business days after the Giveaway period ends. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter (for social media entries) or via email or phone (for mail-in entries) 

To claim the Prize, the selected winner must:

  • Respond within five (5) days of notification
  • Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

If a selected winner does not respond within the required time, fails to answer the skill-testing question, or is otherwise disqualified, another winner may be selected.

6. Usage Rights & General Conditions
  • By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Posterjack a non-exclusive perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display their submitted photos for any marketing, advertising, promotional, or social media purposes, without further compensation. This includes but is not limited to Posterjack's website, social media platforms, email marketing, and print advertising.  
  • Posterjack reserves the right to edit or modify submitted content as needed for promotional purposes.
  • Posterjack is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
  • Posterjack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice.
  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
7. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Posterjack's Privacy Policy.
