How much does shipping cost?
We offer an amazing flat rate ground shipping fee of only $10! That's right, this charge applies to your entire order, regardless of the quantity, product or size.
A rural delivery surcharge will be applied to remote addresses. This is due to the higher costs of delivering to rural areas and will be calculated in the checkout based on your exact location and package size. This additional cost is determined by your Postal Code by the courier company. We charge you exactly what they charge us.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders over $150*. So load up your cart and save. *free ground shipping is not offered to rural locations due to courier surcharges for remote delivery. The $150 threshold is the product subtotal after any promotional discounts are applied and is not inclusive of any sales taxes or shipping charges.
Where does Posterjack ship to?
Posterjack.ca ships to anywhere in Canada. If you'd like to have an order shipped within the USA, please visit our American website to place an order, Posterjack USA
Can I pick up my order?
No, we are not setup to serve in-person pick ups. Our local delivery team will deliver your order directly to you, saving you time and hassle!
Is my package going to arrive in good condition?
All orders are packaged with our time-tested, super-tough packaging materials. Approximately 0.3% of our packages are damaged. However, all of our shipments are fully insured, so should any damage occur during shipment, you are completely covered.
How long does it take you to produce my art?
The amount of time required to complete your order depends on the type of product. All times listed are AVERAGE times. Please bear in mind that each piece of art is a custom product that needs to be produced and packaged for safe transport.

How long will it take until my package arrives?
Shipment time varies depending on your location in Canada. Posterjack is located in Toronto, so your shipping time will increase the further you are from our location. Below you will find the "ESTIMATED" shipping times for select locations. The delivery times are accurate for the majority of cities and towns. For remote locations in any province, up to 10 additional days may be required.
The actual delivery date for your order will be determined when we ship your package. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code when your package is shipped with an estimated delivery date and real time status. Please see our Estimated Shipping Times below to get a general estimate on shipping times across our great country!
I need my package urgently, can Posterjack ship with a priority courier service?
Yes, we can ship your package using Priority shipping. This is overnight to all major centres, cities and towns and two days to all remote locations (weekends excluded). Just choose Priority Shipping in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please Note: This does not mean we can produce and ship your order the same day. Our normal production times still apply. The priority shipping will be take effect from the day we ship your package.
Returns & Refunds

Do you take returns?
Due to the nature of our products that are customized/printed with an image/photo that is provided by you the customer, we do not allow returns of customized products. These customized products can't be reused or resold by us.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@posterjack.ca or through our contact app (speech bubble on bottom right of your screen) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will likely request digital photos of the issue to assist our evaluation.
Do you offer refunds?
In the case that there is an issue with your product, we will replace the product to your satisfaction. If we are unable to replace the product to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund.
