Due to the nature of our products that are customized/printed with an image/photo that is provided by you the customer, we do not allow returns of customized products. These customized products can't be reused or resold by us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at email@example.com or through our contact app (speech bubble on bottom right of your screen) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will likely request digital photos of the issue to assist our evaluation.
In the case that there is an issue with your product, we will replace the product to your satisfaction. If we are unable to replace the product to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund.
