Wood Prints

Your Wood Print is made in-house in Toronto by skilled craftspeople and specialized equipment.

1. Your image is printed directly onto a sheet of 12 ply, ½” thick Baltic Birch using our SwissQPrint UV printer.
2. We install a wooden hanging bracket with hanging wire on the back of your Wood Print.
3. Your Wood Print goes through final quality control, then is packaged in protective packaging for its trip to your home.

Wood Prints are a unique way to display your photos or artwork.  Because we are printing directly to the wooden surface, any areas that are white or have light ink coverage will show both the colour of the wood and the grain of the wood.  This means that no two Wood Prints are the same.  You should choose a Wood Print if you are looking for a print that is completely unique and artistic looking.

It will take 3-5 days for us to produce, package, and ship your Wood Print.  The shipping time from our facility to your door will depend on the shipping service you choose and your proximity to our Toronto facility.

Our Wood Prints are very durable and can be hung anywhere indoors and also anywhere outdoors if it is not exposed to rain.  You can hang Wood Prints in bathrooms or other areas where moisture is present.  Our Wood Prints have a matte finish, so they can be hung under bright lights or in direct sunlight without creating much glare.

Our Wood Prints come standard with a hanging system installed on the back of the print.  You will need to use an appropriate fastener such as a nail or screw to securely attach your print to the wall.

The maximum size of Wood Print you should choose is dependent on the resolution of your photo/image.  Most digital photos taken today will work with any of our sizes small or large.  The size you should choose is mostly determined by the area where you would like to hang the print.  Here are a few of our most popular sizes:

8x12 Inches

8”x12” is a smaller size is perfect for gifts,  gallery walls, smaller spaces or to sit on a ledge or shelf.

12x12 Inches

12”x12” is a smaller square Wood Printing that is perfect for Instagram photos.

16x24 Inches

16”x24” is our top selling size that is big enough to make an impact, but not too huge.  These can be hung in a cluster or stand alone.

24x36 Inches

24”x36” is our largest size of Wood Print where the print can stand alone on the wall above a mantel or above a smaller couch.

Wood Prints are very durable and easy to clean.  You can clean the surface with a dry soft bristled brush or a soft lint free cloth.
