Return policy of Posterjack.ca

At Posterjack we want you to be very happy with your posters. If for some reason you are not happy, we would be glad to speak with you about it. We will do our utmost to gain your satisfication. If our quality control notices a problem with your poster at our manufacturing facility and we think you may not be happy with your poster, we will contact you before shipment to discuss the issue.

However, it is important that you understand that we incur significant costs when we produce a custom poster for a customer. This custom poster is manufactured specifically for you. This means that once we produce your poster, you have no right to return it, unless it is defective. You are not able to return a poster because you decide it is not a nice picture or you discover the colours do not match your wall. Similarly, if you purchase a poster as a gift and the recepient does not like it, that is also not a valid reason to return a poster.
